Please read through the following before you purchase one of my classes, groups, or courses.

Coach's Commitment:

Marci Payne is committed to showing up for you and co-creating this space for your growth, healing, and transformation. Marci is also committed to creating a safer space that builds a sense of belonging for adults of all backgrounds, races, and identities. (If you don't think you can help foster a community where all women are accepted and embraced as whole, then this may not be the program for you.)

Client's Commitment:

The groups & programs are not intended to be a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, addiction, or trauma treatment, I agree to seek appropriate professional guidance or services by a qualified mental health professional, if the need arises.

Mutual Privacy & Respect:

Marci respects your confidential and private information and asks that you respect the same rights of other participants and that of Marci Payne, LLC. I agree to hold the confidentiality of each woman and the experience in the group as sacred.

I agree not to copy, distribute or share the Program materials with anyone else, electronically or otherwise without the prior written consent of Marci Payne, LLC. I understand this is a personal development experience, not professional teacher training. I understand I can use what I learn for my own personal and professional development and application but do not have permission to teach or guide others using this material or teachings.

Financial Agreement:

I understand that registering for this program means that I will immediately move forward with the financial commitment I have selected. For products, classes, and single-day events, there are no refunds.

For groups and/or programs that last more than one day, there are no refunds once the program begins. (Full refunds are given minus a 50% administrative fee if you cancel at least 48 hours before the group and/or program begins.)

Release of Liability:

I understand that outcomes can be subjective and can vary greatly depending on individual circumstances and the effort invested in the process. As such, I understand that Marci Payne, LLC makes no guarantee or warranty of any kind that this experience will result in a particular outcome. I agree that I will not hold Marci Payne or other team members responsible in whole or in part, for any result, I do or do not achieve.

In addition, I am freely and voluntarily assuming the risks arising from my participation (including risks that cannot be foreseen at this time). I take full responsibility for my personal health and well-being, my actions and decisions, and my personal care during my engagement and thereafter.

Confirming Agreement:

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. By checking the box next to this program’s Terms & Conditions, I am agreeing to the above information.
